OMLEC 1200 series driven linear units are composed by a linear guide with 3 or 5 internal wheels and a timing belt drive.The simple scheme shown below represents the system that comes from a heedfull study on materials. Utilizing the same connections, it's possible to adapt epicyclical reducing gears, coaxial reducing gears, etc, with a special adapting flange. The regulation of the belt is possible thanks to the eccentric pin on the pulley. Depending on the operative ambient, it's possible to supply OMLEC 1200 series linear units with optional guide bars and wheels in antioxidative material (inox). |
