OMLEV series driven electrical linear units are systems with high precision movement.The screw device uses a composed system comprehensive of an internal recirculating balls guide - purposely designed - and a recirculating balls screw driving the carriage. The driving device is a recirculating balls screw rolled in ISO 7 class with cylindric single screw nut. To protect the transfer system, two inox straps can be mounted optionally. Furthermore, a bellows can be added on both the two sides of the carriage to increase the protection of the system. OMLEV series electric slides can be divided into two categories, with differentiations upon carriage dimensions, profile dimensions and guides type. |
